How to read these
Every page covers the same fields: hiring volume per year, target schools (where the firm recruits hardest), compensation breakdown (base, signing, performance bonus, stock), and the interview process. The data comes from public employment reports, recruiter conversations, and post-MBA placement data across the top 50 programs.
Compensation numbers are first-year totals for US-based hires. International offices pay differently. RSU values are based on grants at signing, not realized value, since stock prices move.
